U型弯管 U-管换热器是由折流板和U型管束装配在管壳中共同构成,为管壳式(列管式)换热器一种,U形管束大大的增强了换热面积和效率,高性能的U形管是确保设备正常运作的前提条件,高性能U形管对弯管设备提出了极高的要求,罗德钢铁通过CNC数控弯管系统,对管子的弯管半径,减壁量以及圆度进行控制,并且在弯管后做去应力退火(以确保去除冷加工应力残余),做100%水压试验,出具弯管报告

弯曲半径: 1.5*OD(外径)~1500毫米 当订单要求管子的最小弯曲半径小于1.5倍外径时,必须和生产商协商一致。 直管生产最长长度(弯管前):35米 单腿长长度范围: 最短1米,最长16.5米 注意:其它尺寸需要和生产商协商一致。 热处理:弯管后进行去应力退火(弯管处加两边腿长的300毫米处) 包装: 采用根据不同规格,弯曲半径等设计的,熏蒸过的,适合海运运输,牢固的实木木箱包装,整管加套塑料薄膜,管端戴帽套,如客户订单内有特殊要求,严格恪守。 |
