U型弯管
U-管换热器是由折流板和U型管束装配在管壳中共同构成，为管壳式（列管式）换热器一种，U形管束大大的增强了换热面积和效率，高性能的U形管是确保设备正常运作的前提条件，高性能U形管对弯管设备提出了极高的要求，罗德钢铁通过CNC数控弯管系统，对管子的弯管半径，减壁量以及圆度进行控制，并且在弯管后做去应力退火（以确保去除冷加工应力残余），做100%水压试验，出具弯管报告

弯曲半径： 1.5*OD（外径）~1500毫米
当订单要求管子的最小弯曲半径小于1.5倍外径时，必须和生产商协商一致。
直管生产最长长度（弯管前）：35米
单腿长长度范围： 最短1米，最长16.5米
注意：其它尺寸需要和生产商协商一致。
热处理：弯管后进行去应力退火（弯管处加两边腿长的300毫米处）
包装： 采用根据不同规格，弯曲半径等设计的，熏蒸过的，适合海运运输，牢固的实木木箱包装，整管加套塑料薄膜，管端戴帽套，如客户订单内有特殊要求，严格恪守。 |

4.弯管后100%水压测试加100%无损检测
5.根据客户要求，检查每只U形管弯管后弯管处是否进行去应力退火，并提交弯管报告
