Requirements：	1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering/Metallurgy/Machinery. 2. Above 8 years machining working experience in relative industrial and function. 3. Be fluent in English and Chinese, and good compute skill.
Responsibility：	1.Responsible for 5S and EHS management and ensure the department in compliance with company EHS guidelines and policies. 2.Take responsibility of the daily surveillance for compliance of EHS operation in respective area. 3.Monitor the employee to perform correct waste classification, collection and storage and wear PPE properly. 4.Attend monthly leadership team meeting and monthly plant tour punctually. 5.Set up department objective and follow company short and long term objective. 6.Manage the overall operation of the painting, testing and shipping process & team. 7.Develop and optimize a process within the department and work closely with other production departments to control the finalizing quality of products and on time shipment and transportation. 8.Work and adhere to requirements of multiple global stakeholders. 9.Improve production efficiency, reduce standard labor hour continuouly. 10.Work with Quality Department to continue improves the production quality to meet and exceed the customers’ requirement. 11.Ensure safety of personnel through proper manufacturing procedures, housekeeping and training to maintain a safe and clean environment and the compliance with all local regulations. 12.Prepare the department budget and apply cost control efforts into daily management. 13.Train subordinates in all job requirements and development. 14.Understand process and systems used, Identify process/system gaps and opportunities for improvements.
