Hydrostatic Test is very important and vital for tubes and pipes apply for heat exchangers, water feeder heater,boiler and pressure vessels.

For LSI usual way is to perform Hydrostatic Test after products completed and do the test 100% length per length, especially for U tube, we will 100% make sure Hydrostatic tests length per length according to ASTM A450/ASME SA450,ASTM A1016/ASME SA1016.

Usually keep the pipe/tube in standard required pressure within at least 5 secounds.For unconfirmity tubes and products must be selected to place into unconfirmity area. For suspected products, must be retested at least 3 times and witness if it is fine tubes or unconfirmity.
